After a busy 18 months with the label, releasing his debut EP 'Nonsense' and most recently his remix for Imajika, J. Kong returns with his next offering entitled 'Cinephile EP'. With two original tracks on offer from the man himself, he's provided us with a great twist on his unique sound - the two tracks offering hip-hop inspired take on the genre, with plenty of wonderful sampling and basslines that will make you groove the night away.

On remix duty here we have pulled one of our favourite producers into the fold as 9TRANE puts his own instantly recognisable 140 twist on lead track 'Dutch', whilst label founders Tik&Borrow rework 'Poncho' into a stompier affair, using their signature neuro sound design to cut alongside J. Kong's lovely synth work to great effect.
